Wow!! Years and years of buying frozen (or dehydrated) hash browns to prevent the dreaded grey, gummy mess..... HERE IT IS!!!! THE PERFECT HASH BROWN SECRET!! Just made a pan and they were the best hash browns I've ever had in my life bar none..... nothing extra, just potatoes, salt and pepper. Thank you Kelly!!!
